This property is located in the heart of McCall , Idaho on Payette Lake, within walking distance to town (bars, restaurants, ice skating), Mile High Marina, and Legacy Park. The recently renovated Brown Park is across the street and offers a playground, water access and grassy picnic areas. Ponderosa State Park is a short mile to the entrance and offers nice hiking trails. You can boat, fish, kayak, hike, etc. all right out the back door. Gorgeous lake views can be seen from the upper level of the home and from the hot tub.  You will enjoy some of the most fabulous sunsets from the balcony each evening. Skiing at Brundage and Tamarack are all within a 30 minutes drive.
